1. 3 second rule.

  • What is that?

It's a guideline developed by the greatest PUA (pick up artist) Mystery for overcoming approach anxiety. It is also one of the basic principal rules of the game taught by Mystery to Style ( the author of the "The game"). You should never ever break the 3 Second Rule. If you do, you will become a target to the approach anxiety. In other words, you will start overthinking if you should approach the set (girl) or not, fear, and nervousness will come along. Also, for some guys, they will start coming up with excuses. More importantly, staring at your target for too long, she will start to think that you are a creepy.

  • How can i apply it?

In order to avoid all of that stuff, the instant you make eye contact with your target. Count three, two, one... "Hey! Quick question! Who lie more girls or boys?"... and you are far away from the bad things we mentioned above.

2. Do not approach the set from behind.

  • What is that?

You might be wondering, where is the difference? Well, there is a huge difference. While they are surrounded by strangers, girls never drop their guards. Because, they have fears of being attacked. If you approach the set from behind especially if she doesn't know you, that will freak her out and she will immediately shut you down, or at best you will have her feeling unconformable talking to you.

  • How can I apply it?

So, here is the thing, you still have two ways, which are you either approach from the side, front, or don't. whenever you want to approach your target, look for a way to approach her form the side or the front. So, she can notice that you're coming and be ready for your presence.

3. Throw away the cliche openings you know.
